1. According to the principle of consistent connection and installation of various Hydraulic Valves in the whole hydraulic system, select the appropriate installation and connection method.

2. According to the working requirements of the hydraulic system, choose the appropriate spool valve function and alignment mode.

3. The proper reversing valve diameter should be selected according to the flow rate required for control.

4. If the valve diameter is greater than 10mm, the hydraulic reversing valve or electrohydraulic reversing valve should be used. Do not exceed the rated pressure and flow limit specified by the manufacturer during use to avoid malfunction.

5. Select the appropriate reversing valve control method according to the requirements of automation degree and the working environment of the host:

1 Industrial equipment hydraulic system, because the work site is fixed, and there is a stable power supply, it is usually necessary to use electromagnetic reversing valve or electrohydraulic reversing valve;

2 In the field of hydraulic equipment system, the host often needs to change the work site and there is no power supply, so you need to consider the manual reversing valve;

3 In the hydraulic equipment system working in harsh environment (such as humidity, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive gas, etc.), in order to ensure the safety of personal equipment, air-controlled hydraulic reversing valve can be considered.

6. For the electromagnetic reversing valve, select the appropriate electromagnet according to the power source, service life, switching frequency and safety characteristics.

7. The pressure of the return port T cannot exceed the specified allowable value.

8. The two electromagnets of the double electromagnet Solenoid Valve cannot be energized at the same time. When designing the electronic control system of the hydraulic device, the action of the two electromagnets should be interlocked.

9. The hydraulic directional control valve and the electrohydraulic directional control valve should select the appropriate pilot control oil supply and oil discharge mode according to the needs of the system, and determine whether the selected valve has damping adjustment according to the working performance requirements of the main engine and the hydraulic system. Or stroke adjustment device, etc.

10. When the electro-hydraulic reversing valve and the hydraulic reversing valve are internally supplied with oil, for those three-position four-electrolyte hydraulic reversing valves that are unloaded at the intermediate position, such as M, H, K and other spool valves, Take measures to ensure the minimum control pressure in the middle position, such as adding a back pressure valve on the oil return port.
